What ClueSip is

ClueSip gives you one page of English practice a day: a short story, a crossword made from its words, three questions and cards for the words you miss or save. On the plan with the AI tutor, you can also write a few sentences with the day's words and get corrections. You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Your account

One account is for one person. Use an email address you can open, because we send your sign-in links there. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

The free week

A new account gets 7 days of daily pages for free. We do not ask for a card, and nothing is charged when the free days end. After that, you need a plan to keep getting new pages. The AI tutor is not part of the free week.

Plans and automatic renewal

• Monthly: $9 a month. Cancel anytime.
• Yearly: $69 a year. About $5.75 a month.
• With AI tutor: $19 a month. Everything in Monthly, plus corrections on what you write.

You see the price before you pay. Stripe takes the payment. Taxes may be added depending on where you live. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and you are charged again, until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time: open Me, choose Manage billing and cancel your plan there. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Then it stops, and we do not charge you again.

Refunds

We always give refunds where the law where you live requires it. If something went wrong with a payment, write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will look at it.

Your right to withdraw (EU and UK)

If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. ClueSip is digital content that starts straight away. When you pay for a plan, you ask us to start your access at once, and you agree that you lose your right to withdraw once access starts. This does not change your other rights, such as a refund when the service does not work.

Fair use

• Do not share your account or resell the pages.
• Do not copy the content in bulk, or use bots to collect it.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, such as the daily limit of the AI tutor.
• Do not use the AI tutor to create harmful or illegal content.

If you break these rules, we may close your account.

AI-written content

The stories, crosswords, questions and tutor corrections are made with AI. They may contain mistakes, in the English or in the facts. Do not rely on them as the only source for something important. If you find a mistake, please tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL] so we can fix it.

Exams

ClueSip helps you practise reading, vocabulary and, with the tutor, writing. We do not promise any exam result, score or pass. ClueSip is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IELTS partners (British Council, IDP and Cambridge University Press & Assessment), ETS, or Cambridge English.

Changes

We may change the service or these terms. If a change affects your plan or price, we will tell you by email before it applies, and you can cancel.

Our responsibility

We work to keep ClueSip running and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live.
